Delivery Of Hot Tubs Policy Statement

All spas sold through truckloadsavings.com are inclusive of a Standard Delivery in the Calgary trading area.

The Calgary trading area is inclusive of Okotoks to the south, Strathmore to the east, Cochrane to the west and Airdrie to the north.

Areas outside of the aforementioned trading area can be discussed with you and quoted on a case by case basis.

A Standard Delivery is a ground level placement into the backyard. There must be a level unencumbered entry pathway to the area where the spa is to be installed that is a minimum 40” wide x 9’ tall.

Deliveries that are beyond a Standard Delivery as outlined above will be discussed with you and quoted on a case by case basis.
 
Electrical Requirements

You are responsible to hire a certified electrician to provide and hook-up your new spa according to the specifications outlined by the manufacturer of the spa you purchase.
If a you need an electrician we are happy to have a Certified Electrician quote you a price for all your electrical needs.
 
Delivery Timing

Hot Tubs are available at our warehouse in Calgary.
